Arizona Dialtone is a CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier). We buy local telephone lines from the local telephone companies at a wholesale rate and re-sell them to the public.

Who provides my customer service?
Arizona Dialtone maintains a customer service department and will provide all of your customer service needs. If you have problems with your service, just call us and we will take care of you. Normally, simple service requests are handled within 24 hours of reporting them to one of our friendly customer service representatives. See our contacts page for contact information.

Is Arizona Dialtone regulated?
Arizona Dialtone is regulated by the same regulatory agencies that regulate all telephone companies. Specifically, the FCC and State Public Utilities Commissions. We have filed the appropriate tariffs with each commission and update them periodically as required by law.

We have also secured the proper "interconnection agreements" with the local telephone companies we work with. What that means to you is that we have made agreements with the local telephone company to re-sell their services to you and we effectively become your telephone company.
